Every trip began with the same feeling

excitement mixed with the unknown. This year, Beijing became one of my destinations — and I never regretted it.

I walked through a city full of history — Beijing.

From the Summer Palace to the Forbidden City, I stood in iconic places that felt untouched by time. I also explored landscapes that didn’t feel real until I was standing there — the Great Wall of China.

The best moments weren’t always the landmarks.

They were the conversations with travel mates and strangers, the local food that didn’t need a menu, and the moments when language didn’t matter at all. Travel in 2025 reminded me how connected the world truly is.

Not everything went perfectly

Missed plans, wrong turns, and unexpected changes. But those moments became the stories I’ll remember the most. They taught me patience, flexibility, and confidence.

This journey wasn’t about checking places off a list.
